Turbo Prop Marine propellers
Manufactured By Precision Propeller, Inc


Precision Propeller, Inc. warrants all new Turbo Marine Propellers against blade failure due to defects in material of
workmanship for as long as they are use by the original purchaser. This warranty cannot be transferred.
Precision Propeller, Inc. warrants all new Turbo Marine Propellers against rubber hub failure for one year from the date of
the propeller.
Precision Propeller, Inc. will replace or repair any defective propeller at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility provided the
propeller is returned freight prepaid and the replacement or repair is authorized by the Warranty Claims Administrator.
Replacement or repair by any other than Precision Propeller, Inc. automatically relieves Precision Propeller, Inc. from the
terms of this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover, and the following are not warranted:

        (a) Labor for removal and replacement of the defective propeller.

        (b) Any Turbo Prop Marine Propeller that has been repaired, rebuilt, altered, or re-manufactured.

        (c) Damage caused by: misuse, accident, striking a foreign object, cavitation, corrosion, electro chemical action or
modification.

        (d) Preparing for of participation in racing or other competitive endeavors.

        (e) Transportation.
Precision Propeller, Inc. is not liable or responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages caused by defects in
material or workmanship or for any delays for repairs or replacements. Notice of any possible defect in material or
workmanship should immediately be reported when observed. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
The Turbo Prop owner must follow this procedure to obtain performance of any warranty obligation.
